It was a Tuesday, a funny day to get married. Most people get married on a Saturday or even a Sunday. So why was I getting married on a Tuesday?

It was 2 years to the day that I had first gone out with Steve, at the time I was not looking for a relationship...isn't that always the way. We had decided to get married on the anniversiary of out first date which just happened to fall on a Tuesday.

It was my second marriage but it was the first for Steve.

I am not really big on spending a lot of money on something like a wedding or though I do understand that it is important to some people and thats fine with me, its just not my thing. I believe that it is a very personal agreement between two people to say that they are making a commitment to each other and that they will attempt to stay with each other and work through the hard times and come out the other end better people for it. I have been totally disabused of the idea of forever. I know I believed it once....the first time I got married but I am over that now.

For me its just a formal commitment, I am saying legally I will be responsible for you and you for me. That we are like a company now and we will try and work together on life and get a positive out come. That is just my very own personal view on things I must implore once again.

So anyway it was a Tuesday and so my boss said I could have the day off work, which was very nice of her so I accepted, but I probably would have gone to work otherwise and just left work early. The wedding was booked for 4.00pm. So I had all day. I spent the day with my sister and went to the hairdressers which was my girlfriend. She done my hair as a present. Then I went back home to my other sister's house and had a long bath making sure my nails ect were all nice and clean.

I had purchased a special wedding outfit. It wasn't a big white frilly dress with a big veil. It was a very nice tailored suit with pants and a jacket in purple. Steve had borrowed a black suit from my oldest son and we had specially purchased a tye as close to the colour of my suit as possible.

We had told everyone that we were getting married at 4.00pm on Tuesday the 9th of September, 2001 at the registry office in the city and if they wanted to come and watch they were welcome but if they couldn't make it we did not mind and we understood but we were just interested in what we were doing with each other and we were not interested in making it a bit event or anything....... a few of our family and friends turned up and we enjoyed the ceremony which took all of about 5 minutes.

Then we headed down stairs and looked around for the closest pub and went there for a couple of drinks and was home and in bed by about 9.00pm that night......

We awoke the next morning and turned on the tv to the news when we first learned about the terrorist attack..

It has been years since the Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee sex tape first made the rounds on the 'Net and pay-per-view video, and it is still searched for by Web surfers in search engines such as Google and Yahoo! No one can be certain how much revenue has been realized as a result of that sex tape but we can be sure the Paris Hilton tape will be in great demand for a long time to come.Well Steve and I tried to better Pamela and Paris's efforts when we stayed at the chateaudebangkok .It took us a few takes and about 3 hours but we are greatly pleased with the efforts. We thought long and hard about the name.Steve wanted to call it black cocks white sluts but in the end it was decided we would call it ass parade

Sex in the City aired last night and I guess I'm one of the few people around who can honestly say that they never saw a single episode of the show while it was on all these years.
Oh well, if it was really all that good I'll probably be seeing it in re-runs forver, right? Wonder when they're going to do a TV series about MY sex life LOL!
